Hi,

I have a server where lot of links to the scrips are in place in
/sbin/rc3.d directory...

i want to know what scripts are stored in rc*.d directory and when do they get executed......

i am a beginner to this, so kindly help me out...

This has nothing to do with Oracle, they are part of the System V init procedures.

You should find a more appropriate forum.
