Can somebody tell me the difference between SQL*PLUS and PL/SQL??...PLease its urgent

SQL*PLUS is simply the monitor window (program)
in which you execute your tasks or query the
database. PL/SQL stands for Procedure Language
similar to BASIC but it executes within the data
base environment not in your client PC. The advantage is to achieve advanced tasks/transactions in the database.
