I am using non restrictive ref cursor (Weak cursor) because I have to open cursor with dynamic sql. This type of pl/sql code works fine on my linux 7.1 with Oracle 8.1.7 but it gives me end-of-file communication chhanle erro on Solaris Sparc with oracle 8.1.7 and Windows NT with same oracle version.
Its neccessary for me to use dynamic sql to open cursor so I have to use non restrictive cursor.
Is there any OS parameter setting or Database parameter you know about??
Thanks in advance.
