what different between enterprise edition and personnel oracle?? (on detail)
ex) security , backup features....

major difference is you have very little flexibility when using personal edition as every comes fully configured and ready to go.
Enterprise edition allows you the ability to customize your database. It includes dba studio, enterprise manager and a host of other opportunities.
My advise is that if you have win2000 or nt, go for enterprise edition.
