Hi Thierry:
I sent you an e-mail, but I am not certain if you are available. If you check this board, I wanted to let you know that the Oracle7 is in the right place, d:\orant\bin, but I couldn't open the dos box to type anything. It was active for a split second and then sent me back to my desktop.I alos looked in the \strtORCL.cmd and it also stayed active for a split second and then shut down. I was able to open it several times to get the following info: D:\orant\database\d:\orant\bin\oradim73.exe -startup -sid ORCL -userpwd password -starttype srvc, inst -pfile d:\orant\database\initorcl.ora
