Can any one say me how i can install both and........
how i can connect with each other?

i m installed it but when i open oracle sql 3.3 in that and write user name scoot and password tiger then error come no listener that message come?

please give me solution.

When all else fails, Read The Fine Manual.
If you actually read & follow Installation Guides, products typically work as designed & desired afterwards.

By The way, why are you still using V8 which has been obsoleted & unsupported this century?

Just Copy your Tnsnames.ora file and replace your tnsnames.ora file located at your d2k home net80/admin folder.
