In my company i shut down database every saturday for cold backup and start on monday. while starting oracle services i face error, "%1 is not a valid win32 application". kindly help.

We don't know what you have.
We don't know what you do.

I suspect you invoke some script which throws the error.

I think, this is not Oracle related error. It is something related to Windows. And you will get better answer on Windows forums rather here.
