Hi!

A little strange question: is it possible to use files that have been cut out from an Oracle database? Ctrl+x and then moved to another machine. Im talking about the whole Oracle_home.

Is there a way to use this files? Ie, create a new DB and use these moved files?

If it's the whole (compete) Oracle home, then yes.
Check out the section "Cloning an Oracle Home" in the fine Oracle® Database Installation Guide.

Only if you do it when the database is down and you copy ALL the files.
