Hi Team,

I am going to upgrade my produrion database from Oracle10G SE to EE, for this can we create a clone database method to create Oracle10G EE on seprate machine using Oracle 10G SE dbf files and create database script (using backup controlfile to trace).

Please help on above regarding it is possible or not because i have done the same cloning technique to clone Oracle10G EE to EE.

In oracle there is any method available to replicate (or copy) periodic data(a week data) from one database to another if source database is SE edition and destination is EE edition.

Request you to please Advice.

Thanks Gaurav

To change from SE to EE, just re-run catalog and catproc. It's described in article 117048.1
