Dear all,
I want to list the asm groups by using oracleasm listdisks, but there have no any output, why?

[root@rac1 oracle]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm listdisks
[root@rac1 oracle]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm scandisks
Scanning the system for Oracle ASMLib disks: [ OK ]
[root@rac1 oracle]# crsctl check cssd
CSS appears healthy
[root@rac1 oracle]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm listdisks

Hi,

How did you create the disks? The "oracleasm createdisk" command makes the disks available to ASMLib. This command puts a file
in the /dev/oracleasm/disks directory.
