I have just installed Discoverer Desktop. But when I run it (dis51usr.exe) a popup error window appears with
"Failed to update system registry, Please try using REGEDIT."
When I click OK, I can log on, open a report and run it without any problem. This should not be a problem but if I run a command line (.bat) program to run my reports, it will not work because this message appears.
Is there a way to disable this or resolve this problem? I have administrative right to my Windows 7 machine and had been installing other software in the same machine without a problem.

I have a desktop machine which works fine without this message.
Any help is appreciated.
