I would appreciate if someone could help me to resolve this problem. I received a lot of ora-00600 internal error code with ORA-06512: as "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 2809, ORA-06512: as "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 3025, ORA-06512: as "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 2994, ORA-06512: at line 1. Trace file didn't give me much information. What caused the problem? Do I need to create a new snapshot?

thanks,

BN

ORA-0600 >>> Oracle support.

These are internal oracle errors

call Oracle Support? I don't have account with Oracle yet. Wait for admin to add me in and now I faced the problem.

Best nudge the admin - there's nothing we can really offer here (afaik).

Standard answer is:

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink/MOS and/or call Oracle support
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.
You can also read this article: Troubleshooting Internal Errors.

Trace file didn't give me much information.

But maybe it would give US some information.
