Could you please let me know how to register the pluggable database PDBTST1 with Listener..?

If you have your LOCAL_LISTENER parameter set correctly, it will be registered automatically.

If you look at v$parameter.ispdb_modifiable, you can probably work this out for yourself.

You just need to have your LOCAL_LISTENER up and running. Just let it register dynamically, there is no need for static registration.

Not sure, but, If you are new to 12c, then have a look at http://lalitkumarb.com/2014/10/01/mandatory-steps-for-12c-installation/
