Forms 10g application runs on the web, so - no shortcut here (unless you create a browser shortcut which automatically opens your application). However, you still need to have an application server (i.e. Forms services) to run it.

In other words: the old 6i-style-like-application, where you installed client software on any computer and ran the application through a desktop shortcut is no longer available in 10g.

This is Oracle Application Server Forms Services Deployment Guide related to 10g version (9.0.4). Now that you know the name, you'll find a document which describes the process for your version (if it differs from this one).

As of the shortcut itself: create a shortcut for Internet Explorer. Target looks like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" http://your_server/clt/?/forms90/f90servlet?config=your_conf

where "your_server" points to your IAS, while "your_conf" is related to your own configuration, specified in the formsweb.cfg file. All that is described in mentioned documentation.

Note that IAS installation is not a simple process. I have never done it, but - as far as I know - it takes a while until you properly set it up. If you are unsure of how to do it, consider hiring someone experienced.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are saying.

What is "all list"? Where will it be displayed?

What failed several times?

Sorry..I wanted to say that, for installing in same drive, when I open local disk c:\, all components of form builder and oracle database displayed together. That's why, I am in trouble. Or, may be I couldn't indicate my server as (http://(your_server)/clt/?/forms90/f90servlet?config=your_conf). Over all, I can't make shortcut of my app.

Generally speaking, you should install every Oracle product into its own directory (i.e. Oracle Home).

I'd be surprised if you could. Did you read what I previously have said? You need an application server. You can't blindly copy/paste my sample code and expect it to work.

Locally, you can still use OC4J instance and run your forms there, but - in order for other people to use it, it won't work.
