Forms 6i is obsoleted & unsupported

is there any version of oracle forms can connect to MySQL database ? (Ex. Oracle forms 10 ?)

Maarten wrote a guide which shows how to access MS Access from Oracle Forms using ODBC. I suggest you read it (the whole thread!), follow the instructions and see whether it works (I suppose it should) or not.
