how can i improve the performace of oracle 9i application server release 1.0 . i have already increased the RAM of the machine to 2GB ,hard disk to 80GB. & processer to P4 1.8GHz. please tell me how can i increase the heap memory. how to tune the database in oder to improve its performance.
