I believe I have a basic understanding here of replication but I have to ask this dumb question.

You have one master site and around 65 mview sites running oracle9i. The mview sites are all updatable. When a refresh job runs on the mview site does it first get the latest snapshot off of the master and then propagate it's changes to the master. Basically on a refresh at an mview site are changes pulled then pushed from/to the master?
