can you tell me how to start the forms 9.0. i've
oracle 9i database and oracle 9i AS .

If you installed version 2 of 9iAS, then this is how I accessed forms:

• To open Forms Builder, under Programs, select Oracle 9i Developer Suite/Forms Developer/Forms Builder
• Your application should open in the Object Navigator with an empty module.
• Select Tools/Data Block Wizard. This will open the Data Block Wizard as below:

Also, don't forget to start your OC4J:

After creating the form, in order to run it you need to start the HTTP Listener Service. You do this by going to Programs/Oracle 9i Developer Suite/Forms Developer/Start OC4J Instance. This launches the Oracle HTTP Listener.

I myself haven't fully been able to get the Applet to run, I'm troubleshooting that issue now. I think it may have to do with the fact that I've installed db and AS on same machine and may need to make some Infrastructure changes, but don't know.
