Would opening a child form with PRE-FORM/WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE triggers using the OPEN_FORM built-in in a parent form cause the PRE-FORM/WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE triggers to fire, even though OPEN_FORM does not transfer focus to the child form?

Only WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE of called form will fire.
