Where to find 'Oracle SCM Repository installation guide' [message #80746]

Hi,

I've installed oracle 9iDS and now I'm trying to install Designer9i repository. The Oracle Designer 9i Release Notes says to set up the repository as described in the 'Oracle SCM Repository Installation Guide' which is available on the 'Oracle9i Developer Suite Product CD'.
But I could not find this Guide anywhere on the CD. Can anybody tell me where to exactly get this Guide or please send me the repository installation procedure.
