hi,

i want to know if it is possible to do a point in time recovery for a single datafile or tablespace. i don't know what happend when i tried couldn't open the database. error message read datafile on which point in time recovery was done is out of sync with other datafiles' SCN.
can this be fixed? or how to perform a point in time recovery on a single datafile or tablespace and then make it sync with other datafiles.
