Hi All,

When I was taking Exp for an user, Getting the follwing Ora Error.

Execute like this :

exp FILE = D:\OraDumps\NBSM\ExpNBSMD_25112005.dmp log = D:\O
raDumps\NBSM\ExpNBSMD_25112005.log

. . exporting table TRN_PRECOOK
EXP-00003: no storage definition found for segment(9, 36627)

There is a CLOB Object in the above Table.

Could you pls tell me why this error is coming?

hi

as per oracle documentation....

EXP-00003: no storage definition found for segment (name, num)
Cause: Export could not find the storage definitions for a cluster, index, or table.

Action: Record the accompanying messages and report this as an Export internal error to customer support.
