my database is shutdown not normal
so when it was restart ,
serval miniates ,it is down
this is alert.log

The error is logged into a trace file
Errors in file d:\oracle\admin\anal\udump\anal_ora_2608.trc:
Try to read that trace file and it seems that there is some problem with this "'D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\ANAL\REDO04.LOG'" redo log file.
can you post the trace file also.
