I have 2 pc's with the same environment (win xp prof) ,

I need to copy Oracle Database from 1st pc to the 2nd Pc without run installation steps ,
I copied oracle db folder (oracle home) and regedit from the first to the second one .
What should I do to complete that , how to install listener and other services and components .
