Hello to everyones..

My problem is that how do i learn UNIX (basic commands)OR LINUX on my Windows Xp.
Is there be any software which i download from the internet and after installing it will gives virtual UNIX OR LINUX environment on my PC having Xp.

I heard about CGI but i failed to download it.

Please give me some links or give me some way to go.

VMWARE is your friend.
I have my laptop with XP (which i really really really hate).
I have VMWARE which some virtual environment on Redhat and suse.
You can even build your own RAC or a "internal" website with CGI or whatever.
But to just learn unix commands an emulator like cygwin or Mkstoolkit(you need to pay for this) is more than enough.
Infact there is a free website where you can just login and try and practise your unix commands.
