Can anyone tell me what are the minimum hardware/system requirements for installing Oracle 10g ? Also I would like to know if i can use it with RAID? if so, which RAID is recommendable ?

It would help if you specified your target operating system; for example, MS Windows + 10g require 256 MB of RAM (512 MB recommended), 2 GB of disk space, processor clock > 550 MHz.

Here are Preinstallation requirements for 10g rel. 2 on 32-bit MS Windows.

Check documentation for your configuration on the Oracle Technology Network.
